Shipping Policy

We process orders Monday to Friday. Within 3 days hours after your order payment is successfully made, we will process your order and arrange for shipment from the warehouse and ship it on the first day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Shipping time: 3-5 working days (excluding order processing time) We will email you the tracking number within 72 hours. Due to the large number of orders during the event, the shipping time is longer, but don't worry, I believe you will be very satisfied when you receive the goods

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

U.S. orders over $100 ship free. A $39.90 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Ships within 3 business days!

Standard delivery is free for orders 100$. The discount applies automatically at the checkout.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
